1 cup mashed potato

3 cups flour

1 cup water

3 teaspoons baking flour

1 teaspoon salt, or more

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  • Mix mashed potato and water until there are no lumps.
  • Add shifted flour and baking powder and mix all the ingredients together .
  • Knead until soft and smooth.
  • Bake until the bread starts to brown, about 35 minutes.
