Chocolate cookies with peanut filling

A good recipe for chewy cookies.



80ml vegetable oil (hazelnut)

180g sugar

1 big tb.s. honey (without distinct taste)

5 tb.s milk

vanilla

375g flour

5 tb.s cocoa

2,5 g baking powder

pinch of salt



for the filling:



4 full tb.s. peanut butter

40g sugar powder

vanilla







Mix all ingredients for the dough and roll 24 small balls. Mix ingredients for the filling. Flatten each ball and put some peanut butter on it, then wrap the dough around the filling.

On baking paper bake the cookies for 12 minutes at 160C. Let them cool at wire rack and enjoy!
