- Preheat oven to 160 ° C.
- Sift flour once. Greaseproof paper baking sheet.
- Beat butter, sugar, salt and vanilla extract until soft.
- Fold the flour and almonds to the butter mixture using a spaula.
- Refrigerate the dough for about 20 minutes.
- Roll dough into small balls, each about 8g.
- Place on the baking sheet.
- Bake for about 20 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool on a rack. Once cooled.
- Dust with icing sugar and store in an airtight container.
