Coconut Secrets

By Vegan Family Style (Visit website)

These products are yummy! I was excited to hear about them.. I love coconut and know all of the amazing health benefits of coconut. These products are gluten free and vegan. You really ought to give them a try. I found them at my little local health food store so you should be able to find them just about anywhere now.
We used the coconut flour in smoothies for added fiber and protein- yummo! The coconut crystals were enjoyed over cereal by the kids.. The coconut nectar is perfect for anything that you want sweetness in but not too sweet. I find it isn't as sweet as agave- so remember that when using. Coconut aminos was enjoyed last night over brown rice- less sodium than other soy sauces.. The vinegar is touted as healthier than apple cider vinegar which doesn't surprise me as coconuts are just so darned healthy, the taste is great.
