Congrats to Katie Plauche-Morris and Brent Broussard

Congrats to Katie Plauche-Morris and Brent Broussard for being my 2000th guests!  Due to some sort of internet conspiracy (or mix up), both of them were able to document that they were guest number 2000.  Technically, according to sitemeter, Katie is the rightful winner.  But who am I to dispute Brent's picture proof and ninja sneakiness?  Thanks to everyone for reading Bite and Booze!  I can't believe how successful it has become in such a short amount of time.  Please help spread the word, and most importantly, keep reading!
