Cranberry Tea Bread
3 Cups flour Sifted 1 teaspoon salt 1 Cup sugar ¼ Cup oil 1 1/3 milk 1 teaspoon Vanilla 1 ¼ Cup cranberries 3 eggs (2 Large) beaten Shift the Baking Powder and Flour, combine with rest of the dry ingredients. Beat the eggs, add milk, oil, vanilla. Combine the dry and wet ingredients. Fold in Nuts & Cranberries. Place Mixture into a Bundt pan, well greased & floured. Bake at 350 Degrees 45-50 minutes.
