- Preheat oven at 150 deg C. Cream butter & sugar till light & fluffy.
- Add in egg yolks & mix well. Add in (B).
- At min speed, add (C) and mix well, set aside.
- Whisk egg white till foamy, then add in sugar & cream of tartar, continue to whisk till stiff.
- Fold in half of the meringue into the butter mixture and mix well. Then pour it into the balance meringue & continue to fold well.
- Pour into a 9" round (side & bottom line w/paper) and bake for 1 hour till cooked.
