Orange banana bread
Preparation

Sift together flour, baking soda and salt in a bowl. Keep aside.

Cream together the butter and the sugar (both white and brown) until well blended.

Add in the eggs, one at a time, and continue to whisk.

Add in the mashed bananas, orange rind and juice. Blend well.

Add in the flour mixture. Mix until just moist. Spoon the batter into a greased loaf pan.

Bake at 180 degrees celsius (350 Fahrenheit) for 50 minutes or until done.

Cool on a wire rack.
