Orange Banana Nut Bread Recipe
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Coat a 4×8 inch loaf pan with butter to grease it.

Sift together the dry ingredients. In a large mixing bowl, whisk the orange juice concentrate, bananas and eggs.

Blend in the nuts, coconut and raisins. Add in the flour mixture until well mixed.

Pour the mix into the greased loaf pan. Bake 45 minutes at 350°F. Check if the loaf is ready by inserting a toothpick after 35 minutes.

If it comes out clean, it’s ready to be taken out of the oven.

Immediately top the still hot bread with melted butter.

Place on a wire rack to cool and then remove the bread from the pan. Serve warm or at room temperature.
