1 1/2 Cups Flour

2 Egg Whites

1/2 Cup Applesauce

3 Very Ripe Bananas

1 teaspoon Baking Soda

1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

2 tablespoons lite margarine

1/2 Cup White Sugar

1/2 Cup Brown Sugar

1 teaspoon Cinnamon


  • Mash bananas in a bowl. Mix dry ingredients together in a separate bowl, add to the bananas a little at a time.
  • Add in egg whites, applesauce, margarine, and vanilla. Mix well and pour into a loaf pan sprayed with non-stick cooking/baking spray.
  • Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees F for about an hour.
