- Mash bananas in a bowl. Mix dry ingredients together in a separate bowl, add to the bananas a little at a time.
- Add in egg whites, applesauce, margarine, and vanilla. Mix well and pour into a loaf pan sprayed with non-stick cooking/baking spray.
- Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees F for about an hour.
