Ingredients:
2 egg yolks
2 heaping tbsp Nutella
2 tbsp milk (I use 2%)
splash mint extract (optional)

Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 350*F.
2. In a double broiler over low heat, warm the egg yolks until very runny and slightly frothy around the edges, whisking often. The eggs will almost develop a skin when done.
3. Add in the Nutella, 1 tbsp at a time, and whisk to combine. Add milk, and whisk until mixture is smooth. Add extract, if using.
4. Pour into a ramekin, and bake for about 15 minutes, until about half the mixture is just set, but the centre is still quite liquidy.
5. Done!
