Dum gosht roll

1 kg Beef fillets 1 cup Papaya paste 4 tbsp Ginger garlic paste 8-10 Whole red chilies 1 tbsp Whole cumin 1 tsp Black pepper corn1 cup Yogurt 2 tbsp Whole coriander 1 tsp Kewra 400 gm Dough3-4 tbsp Oil Salt as requiredRoast the white cumin, black pepper corns, whole coriander, and red chilies. Then grind them together .In a bowl add the beef along with 2tbsp ginger garlic paste, papaya paste and salt.Heat oil in a pan and fry the onions. Add the remaining ginger garlic paste and fry well Now add the yogurt ,kewra ,and ground spices. Mix well.Now spread the masala onto the beef fillets and roll them with a thread. Spread the remaining masala onto the rolls, place them in a pan with water, cover and seal the lid with the dough.
When the meat has become tender and the masala has been absorbed, lower a piece of burning coal and cover. If you want you can also grill the rolls.The dum gosht rolls are ready to serve.
