Also known as 'Horiatiki', we love the ultra-fresh combination of tomatoes, cucumber, black olives, and of course feta, THE quintessential Greek cheese! A recipe that will kickstart your menu and can also be taken on a picnic for a sunny meal :-)

  • Greek salad or horiatiki - Preparation step 1Cut the tomatoes and the cucumber into large pieces. Put them in a bowl, and add the finely chopped bell pepper.
