Ingredients

• 10 g Lettuce
• 1 medium sized onion (cubed)
• 20 g black olives
• 1 medium sized cucumber (cubed)
• 30 g feta cheese (cubed)
• 1 small size red bell pepper (cubed)
• 1 small size yellow pepper (cubed)
• 1 small size green capsicum (cubed)
• 1 teaspoon oregano

For the dressing:

• 10 ml vinegar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 20ml olive oil
• 1 teaspoon white pepper powder
• 10 ml lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon oregano

Preparation

• Toss all the ingredients for the salad together in a large bowl.
• Whisk all dressing ingredients together.
• Pour over the salad and toss.
• Serve chilled.
