Preparation

  • Chop Peppers (de-vein and de-seed), Apples and Onions into small pieces. Drain and rinse corn and black beans. Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl and add dressing to taste.

    Better if chilled overnight.

Don't forget to use organic/non-GM ingredients. so far most commercial corn is GM. peppers and apples are on the 'dirty dozen' list for unsafe levels of pesticides.
