Homemade Gluten Free Bread-Here I Come!

After taking a couple trips to our local bakery to buy some Gluten Free bread, my DH and I decided that it would be more cost effective for me to make a lot of our gluten free baked items at home.

Gluten Free baking products are NOT cheap.

We learned this early on as we stood with our mouths open staring at the price tags on brown rice flour, tapioca flour, and all the other products you need to eat gluten free. If we REALLY wanted to do this Gluten Free lifestyle, we were going to have to do something to make it affordable.

So I grabbed my laptop and started the hunt.

I Googled and Swag bucked my way through the world wide web looking for deals on gluten free baking products. I can honestly say that I was unable to find just ONE store that carried EVERYTHING I needed. So, after doing TONS of searching and much hair pulling, I was able to find two stores that would supply me with what I needed.

I was also able to go in on bulk ordering with a friend of mine, which helped save us TONS of money. This will allow us to make lost of breads, baking mixes, and much more.

So here I sit, with bags and bags of brown rice flour, potato starch, tapioca flour, millet flour, and  much more surrounding me, just waiting for me to start mixing them together and make something DELICIOUS!
