- Crush the banana with a fork. Add the sugar, the oil, the almond milk and mix it all.
- Add the soy yoghurts and the baking powder and mix.
- Add flour gradually and mix. Put the bowl in the fridge for 20 minutes.
- Pour a ladle of the batter on a hot pan (low heat). Spread it a little and let it cook during about 1 minute on one side and less on the other side. Repeat the operation with all the pancake batter.
- That's it. Your pancakes are ready to form a beautiful tower with marple syrop !
