A simple and delicious recipe for fluffy and yummy pancakes to eat all day long ! And they are gluten free and vegan !

Ingredients

Number of serving: 6

1 oz brown sugar

3 soy yoghurts

1 oz oil

3/4 cup almond milk

1.75 cups rice flour

2 tsp gluten free baking powder

Preparation

  • Step 1 - Vegan and gluten free pancakes
    Crush the banana with a fork. Add the sugar, the oil, the almond milk and mix it all.
  • Step 2 - Vegan and gluten free pancakes
    Add the soy yoghurts and the baking powder and mix.
  • Step 3 - Vegan and gluten free pancakes
    Add flour gradually and mix. Put the bowl in the fridge for 20 minutes.
  • Step 4 - Vegan and gluten free pancakes
    Pour a ladle of the batter on a hot pan (low heat). Spread it a little and let it cook during about 1 minute on one side and less on the other side. Repeat the operation with all the pancake batter.
  • Step 5 - Vegan and gluten free pancakes
    That's it. Your pancakes are ready to form a beautiful tower with marple syrop !
