- In a bowl, crush the margarine with a fork to soften it. Add the sugar and mix until it forms a creamy texture.
- Add the applesauce and mix again. Then add the flour and baking powder, mixing until well combined.
The dough should be homogeneous. If it doesn't stick to your finger when touched, it's ready! If it's too sticky, add a bit more flour.
Add the chocolate chips and mix. - Preheat your oven to 350°F.
Form small balls with the dough and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Flatten the balls with a fork.
