- Crush the margarine in a bowl with a fork to soften it. Add the sugar and mix until it forms a cream.
- Add the applesauce and mix again. Add the flour and the baking powder and mix.
If the dough is too sticky, add some flour.
Add chocolate chips and mix again. - Preheat your oven to 350°F.
Make little balls with the dough and put them on a baking sheet . Crunch the balls with a fork (they will keep the form you'll give). - Bake 15 minutes at 350°F and let them cool down.
