This crumble is so easy to prepare and everyone can eat it !

Ingredients

Number of serving: 6
2 big apples

2.5 oz rice flour (70 gr)

2 oz margarine (60 gr)

1 oz brown sugar (30 gr)

2 oz almond flour (60 gr)

1 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

  • Step 1 - Vegan and gluten free apple crumble
    Peel and cut your apples. In a pan, cook then with some margarine and cinnamon during about 10 minutes.
  • Step 2 - Vegan and gluten free apple crumble
    Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Prepare the crumble : in a bowl, mix the margarine, the rice flour, the almond flour and the sugar. Mix with your fingers to give a sanded appearance to the paste.
  • Step 3 - Vegan and gluten free apple crumble
    Put the cooked apples in a mold and sprinkle the crumble on top. Bake during 20 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
  • Step 4 - Vegan and gluten free apple crumble
    That's it, you can eat it with icecream or whipped coconut cream !
