Nothing is easier and more delicious than an apple crumble, right? The perfect dessert when you want to cook your apples without complicating things too much. In addition to being delicious, this recipe is very simple to make in a vegan and gluten-free version. You'll see that you won't need many ingredients... Peel the apples (or wash them and keep the skin if they are organic) and cut them into small pieces.
In a pan over low heat, sauté them with a bit of margarine and cinnamon for about 10 minutes.Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
Meanwhile, prepare the crumble: in a bowl, combine the margarine, rice flour, almond flour, and sugar. Mix with your fingers to achieve a sandy texture.Once the apples are tender, place them in the bottom of a mold and sprinkle the crumble on top.
Bake for about 20 minutes (more depending on your oven).
If the crumble browns too quickly, place a sheet of aluminum foil on top and let it cook for the remaining time.Once baked, serve the crumble as is or accompany it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream :-)
