Peel and cut your apples. In a pan, cook then with some margarine and cinnamon during about 10 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Prepare the crumble : in a bowl, mix the margarine, the rice flour, the almond flour and the sugar. Mix with your fingers to give a sanded appearance to the paste.
Put the cooked apples in a mold and sprinkle the crumble on top. Bake during 20 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
That's it, you can eat it with icecream or whipped coconut cream !
