Kate Middleton and I are definitely twins.
So it's Thursday, and you know what that means. It's the eve of the Royal Wedding! To say that I've become slightly obsessed over the past couple of days is an understatement. There again, I assume the rest of the world is doing the same exact thing.
? 3/4 cup Uncle Sam cereal 1/2 cup plain kefir Mango I'd probably eat mangos more reguarly if I knew how to cut them, but I don't. I managed to cut the edible part away from the core and skin, but it was more effort than cutting a pineapple. It's a shame because mangos are good, albeit a bit stringy which makes me gag. Different food textures normally don't bother me, but the stringy bits of mango definitely do. -- So about the wedding... (source) ?I've already decided to wake up around 5:00am, put on my prom queen tiara, and watch as much as I possibly can whilst simaltaneously getting dressed for work and eating breakfast. I might even drink some Lady Grey or English Breakfast tea. I've even thought about asking if I can come in late, but that's just silly because I know it will be played over and over again for the rest of all time. One thing that I've noticed though is how much attention is given to Princess Diana. I wonder if she were still alive if so much comparison and talk of her would be taking place? You know, Kate Middleton is kinda, sorta the Princess Di of my generation. I wasn't around for her royal wedding, and while I remember seeing some stuff about her when I was younger, the real thing that sticks out in my mind whenever I think about Princess Diana is when she died. I remember it was right around the time that Mother Teresa died, and I remember writing in my little kid journal that 'the world was mourning.' I was such a poetic little youngster. Anyway, I've come to the conclusion that Kate Middleton and I are twins: She's 5 months older than Wils. I'm 4 months older than Thads. When I discovered this fact last night, I quickly told Thad and his response was, "it happens to the best of us." Her little brother is doing the only reading during the wedding ceremony. He's reading from Romans 12 about love. My little brother was the only one to do a reading during my wedding ceremony, and he read from 1 Corinthians 13 which is also about love. She has one sister and one brother. I have one sister and one brother. We have similar fashion sense. (source) ? (source)Touche. --- I have to get back to work now. That, and back to checking the news every 5 minutes for any royal updates (i.e. any news of the dress). Cheerio!
