 Aubergine skæres i tynde skiver, penslet let med olivenolie og grilles......

 Hvidløg sauteres i lide olivenolie og så hældes hakkede tomater ved (glemte at tage billed).....

 De grillede auberginer lægges i bunden af et smurt fad......

 Tomatsauce kommes ovenpå......
