Ingredients murungai poo - 300gm chopped onion - 1 grated coconut - 1/2 cup chilli -2-3 salt to taste Mustard seeds - 1 tbsn urad dal - 1 spoon curry leaves to garnish salt to taste oil - tbsp Method Heat oil in tava, spurt mastard seeds, add urad dal. Leave it till roasted and add onion, chilli. Let it get fried and add murungai poo, salt. Stir well, close the lid and allow to get cooked. Then add grated coconut, stir well. The poriyal is ready. Goes well with rice.
