Paneer Teriyaki Stir Fry
I bought a bottle of Teriyaki sauce and I had no idea that it add such a wonderful flavour. This is a simple no fuss recipe that works on the principle of cut, marinate and stir fry.
Ingredients 1 onion chopped in 1 inch pieces 1/2 red capsicum chopped in 1 inch pieces 1/2 yellow capsicum chopped in 1 inch pieces 1/2 green capsicum chopped in 1 inch pieces 1 cup paneer cut into small pieces 10-12 basil leaves torn 2-3 garlic flakes crushed. 1 tbsp sesame oil Marinade 1 tbsp teriyaki sauce 1 tbsp green chilli sauce 1 tsp soya sauce 1 tsp oyster sauce 1 tsp honey Method Marinate the capsicums, onion & paneer in the marinade and refrigerate for an hour or two. Heat a wok, add the sesame oil, add the garlic flakes, torn basil leaves and stir fry for a min. Now add the marinated paneer and vegetables and stir fry on medium heat for 3-4 mins. You may need to reduce the fire sometimes to allow the vegetables to cook and to avoid burning them. Transfer to serving plate and serve hot. As a variation, you can add some pak choy while cooking. The paneer can be lightly sprinkled with a combination of flour+ corn flour to get a crispy texture. related searches : Paneer
