Pork Pata Oriental Stew

A very easy dish to prepare on pork pata (hind) in sweet savory sauce.

Ingredients:

500 grams pork pata, sliced
1 pack McCormick oriental beef stew seasoning mix
1 tbsp. sesame oil
Celery for garnishing

Procedure:

* Dissolve the McCormick Mix in water.
* Add in pork pata slices to the stew mixture.
* Cooked covered until meat is tender.
* Add in sesame oil. Garnish with celery.
* Serve immediately.
