Pista Burfi Recipe
Ingredients:
250 grams ready mawa 100 grams powdered sugar 1/2 cup pista powder 1/2 tsp cardamom powder a pinch of green colour Method: Mix the mawa and sugar in a pan and cook for 2-3 minutes. Let Cool. Add the pista powder, green colour and cardamom powder Grease a tray with a little ghee and press the mixture evenly.
