Observations

Can tahini be replaced?
You can replace it with the oilseed puree of your choice: hazelnut, almond, peanut...

What can be added to fudge?
After mixing the dough, you can add roasted almonds, roasted hazelnuts, walnuts, pistachios and even a chocolate shell!

How much coconut oil should I add?
Coconut oil acts as a binding agent. We recommend using deodorized coconut oil to prevent the fudge from taking on a coconut taste. Start by blending the ingredients without the oil. If necessary, add a little at a time. Here we added too much (the little white marks on the squares are due to this), so we adjusted the quantities as we wrote the recipe!

Can vanilla extract be replaced?
You can replace it with the flavoring of your choice, such as coffee extract!

How do I store date fudge?
Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
