Preparation

  • Powdered the sugar & pistchato
  • Using double boiler method,heat milk o
    powder & sugar for 5 to 8 min till it become warm all way.
  • In a large bowl tranfer it ,add pistachio powder and mix by adding very little water to a smooth dough.
  • Tranfer it to a ghee greased bottom.Apply ghee on rolling pin& roll it.
  • Cut into required shapes.
