Pistachio fudge/ Pistachio burfi
We make kaju katli,its same like that and its easy to make.
Preparation

Powdered the sugar & pistchato

Using double boiler method,heat milk o
powder & sugar for 5 to 8 min till it become warm all way.

In a large bowl tranfer it ,add pistachio powder and mix by adding very little water to a smooth dough.
-
Tranfer it to a ghee greased bottom.Apply ghee on rolling pin& roll it.

Cut into required shapes.
