Rustic peach tart
Combine almonds, peach and rosemary in a wonderful rustic tart !
Preparation

Prepare the pie dough :
Put flour + sugar + salt + butter in a bowl and combine.

When the butter is well combined, add water and mix well.

Form a ball with your hands then spread the dough between two parchment papers. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Prepare the almond cream :
Combine softened butter + sugar + egg. Add almond meal and mix well. Wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Remove from fridge and spread it on the center of the dough. Cut the peaches and put the slices on top of the cream.

Fold the dough on top of the peaches and then sprinkle with rosemary and brown sugar.

Bake for 35-45 minutes at 350°F.

Leave to cool down and there you are !
