Rustic peach tart

Combine almonds, peach and rosemary in a wonderful rustic tart !

- Prepare the pie dough :
Put flour + sugar + salt + butter in a bowl and combine. - When the butter is well combined, add water and mix well.
- Form a ball with your hands then spread the dough between two parchment papers. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- Prepare the almond cream :
Combine softened butter + sugar + egg. Add almond meal and mix well. Wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Remove from fridge and spread it on the center of the dough. Cut the peaches and put the slices on top of the cream.
- Fold the dough on top of the peaches and then sprinkle with rosemary and brown sugar.
- Bake for 35-45 minutes at 350°F.
- Leave to cool down and there you are !
