Cut the melon into chunks and puree in your blender. In a separate bowl combine the yogurt, milk and agave nectar mix well and set aside.
Pour the melon puree through a mesh sieve and use a spoon to extract all the juices by pressing down on the puree. 1 whole melon yields 2 cups of juice.
Pour the melon juice into the yogurt mixture and blend well. Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and follow your manufacturers instructions.
