Frozen yogurt bars with red berries
We've come up with a fruity recipe that's extra easy to make: ice-cream bars made with yogurt and berries. The idea is simple: spread yogurt, sprinkle with red fruit and place in the freezer until ready to eat. Tempted?

- Place a sheet of baking paper on a plate. Add the tablespoons of yoghurt and spread out. Make sure the mixture is about 1/2 cm thick.
- Sprinkle the berries on top and place in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
- Once this time has passed, take your plate out of the freezer, break the frozen yogurt into pieces and enjoy! Enjoy your meal!

Any yogurt will do for this recipe! Here we've used a vegetable yogurt with almonds. Skyr is also a good option. Don't hesitate to vary the pleasures by using flavored yogurts ;-)

Here again, it's up to you! Here, we had some red fruit left in the freezer, which we thought would be a good idea, but you can also use fresh fruit. Vary your pleasures according to the season!
