Instant idli with greek yogurt
A simple instant idli recipe which can be done at home using rava/semolina.

- Combine all the ingredients except for the water in a bowl and mix till it forms a paste.
- Slowly add in the water and mix to form batter. The batter should be like regular idli batter consistency.
- Cover the bowl and let the batter stand for 30 minutes.
- Pour the batter into greased idli moulds.
- Steam in an idli steamer for 10 minutes.
- Remove the idli pan from the steamer and let the idlis cool for 2 minutes.
- Remove the idlis from the moulds and serve warm with sambar, chutney or any condiment of your choice.
