The weather was not fine this Sunday because it rained the whole day. So I cooked this Shrimp Sinigang (sour broth), a meal just perfect for lunch at home. Vegetables that I added for this menu include kangkong, raddish, string beans, gabi and eggplant. Some sinigang usually used tamarind (seasoning mix) as soup base but for this menu I tried using calamansi ( for healthy reasons) and the sour broth just tasted great. The combination of shrimps and the vegetables made this meal a healthy kind of cooking.
