Ingredients:1 Pc Cucumber, peeled, and sliced thinly in circles
A few pieces cherry tomatoes, halved
1 Pc medium red onion, cut into rings
1 Cup rice wine vinegar
1 Tbsp honey
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:Just mix everything, season to taste and refrigerate. Best served if chilled.
