For a double dose of healthy benefits, I kept away the sugar and added in 4 drops of Pure Liquid Clear Stevia

Ingredients

Number of serving: 3
1 small cucumber - remove seed and sliced into thin stripes

1 onion - sliced thinly

1 red & 1 green chilly - sliced thinly (remove seeds for a lesser spicy taste)

3 tbsp yoghurt

2 stalks coriander leaves - chopped

salt to taste

Preparation

  • Add all the ingredients into a mixing bowl.
    Give a good stir and thats it.
