Cucumber salad with sour cream

Ingredients

• 1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
• 2 tablespoons sour cream
• salt, sweet paprika powder and black pepper to taste
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice shopping list
• optional but tasty fresh dill weed, chives or radishes , chopped

Preparation

• Mix the ingredients and let stand in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. Best with young potatoes.
  
  In Polish the salad is called mizeria. Thought the word means something dull and hopeless the cucumber salad has been always very popular.
