Ingredients

• 1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
• 2 tablespoons sour cream
• salt, sweet paprika powder and black pepper to taste
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice shopping list
• optional but tasty fresh dill weed, chives or radishes , chopped
