These salads are really refreshing, healthy, delicious, simple to prepare and prefect for hot summer.

Ingredients

1)Gurkensalat (German Cucumber Salad):

• 2 nos Cucumber
• 2 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar
• 1 teaspoon Sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon Salt
• 1/4 teaspoon Pepper powder
• 1/4 cup Sour cream
• 1/2 teaspoon Dry parsley leaves
• 1 tablespoon Onion(finely chopped)

2)Tomatensalat (German Tomato Salad):

• 3 nos Tomatoes (juicy and ripen tomatoes)
• 1/4 teaspoon Salt
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 teaspoon Cider vinegar
• 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon Dry thyme
• 1/4 teaspoon Dry basil
• 1/4 teaspoon Pepper powder
• 1/4 no Onion(chopped roughly)

Preparation

• 1)Gurkensalat (German Cucumber Salad):
  Peel the cucumbers and cut into very thin slices. Mix together the vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper and pour over the sliced cucumbers,let it sit for half an hour in fridge. Finely add the sour cream, dry parsley leaves and finely chopped onion pieces.
• 2)Tomatensalat (German Tomato Salad):
  Mix together the vinegar, dry thyme,oil,sugar, salt, dry basil, pepper powder, worcestershire sauce and chopped onions. Toss with chopped tomato pieces, keep everything for an hour in fridge and serve...
