- 250 g Pork Belly
- 4 cups water
- 1/2 white onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp whole peppercorns
- salt
- oil

Preparation

Step 1

Saute garlic and onion.

Step 2

Add broth, squash and pepper. Simmer until squash is tender.

Step 3

Add spring onions. Serve hot.
