Stir - Fried Seafood with Fresh Herbs ( Ahahn Talay - Thai Cuisine ) Serves: 4 You can combine any fresh seafood Ingredients 100 g fish fillets 6 mussels 1 small crab, cooked 100 g calamari pieces 100 g green ( uncooked ) prawns 100 g scallops 4 tablespoon fresh basil / mint / oregano leaves 2 tablespoon oyster sauce 2 tablespoon fish sauce 1 onion, sliced 2 shallots, cut into 2 cm slices 1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves 1 capsicum , cut into strips 2 large green chillies, chopped 2 flakes, garlic, chopped Additional fresh herbs of your choice for garnishing 3 tablespoon oil Method Wash and prepare seafood. Cut fish fillets into smaller pieces. Scrub and clean the mussels. Take legs off crab and crack shells, so that the meat easy to remove at the table. Remove the outer shell, clean out the crab body, and break the meat into edible pieces. Keep the seafood aside. Grind garlic, green chillies and coriander to a rough paste and keep aside.
