Strawberry Popsicles

 

I love making popsicles when it's hot outside. And it is definitely hot outside! I decided I would use up some of the strawberries that I froze from the garden. The popsicles turned out beautifully. This is a picture of my son with one. He was being silly at this time.



Strawberry Popsicles



2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries, thawed

1/4 cup water

1 tablespoon lemon juice

3 tablespoons honey

6 tablespoons plain yogurt



Puree strawberries. Mix in water, lemon juice, and honey.
Pour into popsicle molds.
Put one tablespoon of plain yogurt in each one. Stir until the yogurt reaches the bottom. I like just to have little strips of yogurt, but you could fully mix it up if you wanted to.
Freeze and enjoy!
Makes about 6 depending on the size of the popsicle molds.
