1/2 kg Beef 1 cup Oil 1 bunch Finely chopped coriander 2 Lemon 4 Chopped green chilies 1 tsp Crushed black pepper 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp Red chili powder Salt as required
Method
Cut the beef into small cubes and with the help of a meat mallet flatten the beef.Add the beef pieces in a wok along with ginger garlic paste and salt. Cover and cook until the water left by the meat dries. Then add the ground red chilies, lemon juice, and oil. Fry for 2-3 minutes. Add the chopped green chilies, crushed black pepper, and chopped coriander.Serve with chappatis.
