Tart Lemon French dressing

Finding a good salad dressing out of a bottle is easier said then done when your looking for both healthy and economical. This salad dressing is pretty simple to make with the majority of ingredients sitting around your house yelling, “Use Me First!”

Makes about 1 cup

Ingredients

1/2 cup lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon minced garlic

3 Tablespoons honey

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon celery seed

1/2 cup vegetable oil or canola oil

1 teaspoon paprika

Pinch black pepper

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients into a large bowl and mix well.

Tips: Excellent to bring out the flavors of  cooked vegetables, meats, and fish.
