TERMS AND CONDITIONS OUR PRODUCTS Our products include 92.5 sterling silver from Italy, branded overruns, pre-loved items, branded bags, and many more. Most of our products are on hand, unless otherwise stated. For more information about the items, look into our Photos page. Product code, dimension, weight, price, and availability information are all posted on the photo caption. Please read carefully before sending any inquiry. RETURN AND EXCHANGE We are trying our best to post all the necessary product information, publish product photos that are of high quality, and inspect everything for possible product damage before shipping. But there are some instances that there may be lapses on the buyer or the seller?s part. On those rare instances, these are our terms and conditions for returns and exchange: We do not accept returns on any types of jewelry because these are carefully inspected before shipped; for security purposes of the seller; and for hygienic purposes. We do not accept returns on overruns because it is understood that overruns may indeed have some damages; in addition, since most of the overruns are intimate wears, it is but right to maintain hygienic practices for the benefit of all. All items that are no longer in stock will be 100% refunded. Due to limitations in photography and differences in monitor settings, the color shown in the photos may not 100% correspond to the actual items. ORDER PLACEMENT On Hand: Before ordering, make sure that you are 100% decided in making the purchase. We will contact you as soon as possible for final transaction cost and payment details. Settle the bill and contact us for payment confirmation. Note: Orders will be cancelled automatically if payment is not made within the 2 working days upon the receipt of final bill without any further notice given for late payment. Upon receiving the order form, we will immediately mark the item(s) reserved. We will also contact you as soon as possible for the final transaction cost and payment details. We will send you payment confirmation via email/SMS for record and security purposes on your part. We will contact you once again once the shipment of the products from our suppliers has arrived so that you can pay for the remaining balance. PRODUCT SHIPMENT Shipping rates vary depending on the courier, weight of the items, declared cost of the items, and delivery location. Note that shipping cost will be shouldered by the buyer. Once your orders are complete and fully paid, we will ship your orders within 2 to 3 days and post the tracking number of your orders via our Facebook wall and your email address. If you are within Manila, you will receive your order the next working day and if outside Manila, after 2 to 3 working days. After the parcel is forwarded to the courier, we have no control over it, so we will not hold any risks of missing or damaged items during delivery. We shall not be liable for any damages or lost items due to courier’s mishandling. Fab Finds Manila currently ships orders via LBC and Xend. Future couriers may also be added to our growing list of service providers.
