TGIF+ Last Chance to enter Holey Donuts Giveaway

By Eat, Drink and Be Aware (Visit website)

Good Morning!

I am so excited for the weekend. I have a couple of hours of work this morning and then I am FREE. Yah! The kids and I have a fun weekend ahead of us, we are going to go to the Farmer's Market on Saturday, as well as, the Natural Gardener to pick up a few more plants and some liquid fertilizer to attend to our little garden.

I am looking forward to sleeping in, not that I ever really do but I love the fact that I could if I wanted to! So what did everybody think about the Grey's Anatomy Finale? I thoroughly enjoyed watching it and eating my Rhubarb Crisp. Yum! It turned out great and in general Fruit Crisps are one of my favorite desserts, but Rhubarb has to be the best!

I started the day off with my warm cup of lemon water and added in the Aloe Vera Gel, I meant to buy the juice but the gel is drinkable as well and so far so good. I admit it is a bit slimey and enjoy just the pure lemon water but we shall see if I feel any benefits and if not I am going back to my simple pleasure of just lemon water.

Breakfast today was a quick bowl of Go Lean Crunch with 4 Berries and Almond Milk. Absolutely Perfect. I love Almond Milk and am not sure why I have not been buying it lately. I heard a rumor Blue Diamond is going to start selling their milk in the refrigerated carton section as well. That would be cool.

My plan is to run before teaching Baby Boot Camp, HCF Personal Training Session and then home for my own workout. The kids have Kumon after school and then we are going to Party!

It is that simple and believe me you will want to try these Holey Donuts out. They are really super delicious and make a great portion controlled treat. They are light, fluffy donuts with as little as 3-4 grams of fat and 150-250 calories.
