Easy and yummy pull me up burger with tandoori mayonnaise is the best you’re going to eat . Using my secret recipe for making the perfect Crispy Chicken with oats coating(if you want crispy fried chicken recipe without oats lets checkout “fried chicken“), served on a toasted brioche bun, with green chilly sauce, homemade tandoori mayonnaise and crunchy lettuce. Way better than takeout!

Preparation

  • Fried chicken :
    Coat the chicken with all purpose flour, corn flour,salt ,red chilly powder and pepper powder .Then take another bowl and set the wet ingredients milk , egg and ginger garlic paste. Pour these moist ingredients over the coated chicken.Take a flat plate and mix oats and salt and roll in the oats. Deep fry the chicken.
  • Tandoori mayonnaise
    Take milk in a blender.Add oil, vinegar, salt, sugar ,garlic,tahini , the spice powders and tomato sauce and blend till the mixture thickens.If you feel the mixture is too thick, you may add a little milk and blend again.Check and adjust the seasoning to suit your liking.
  • Burger
    Lay buns, cut side down, on pan and cook until lightly toasted, 30 seconds to 1 minute.Spread tandoori mayonnaise on bun bottoms. Add lettuce,fried chicken and green chilly sauce to taste. Set bun tops in place.
  • Cook flour and seasonings with butter to remove any floury flavor Slowly add in some milk to the roux and whisk constantly (it will be super thick). Keep adding a little at a time until it smooths out.Whisk until it reaches a boil and let bubble 1 minute and add turmeric powder.Remove from heat and add cheese. Whisk until smooth.Remember to always remove from the heat before adding cheese, the milk will still be plenty hot enough to melt it. Cheese can separate or become grainy if it gets too hot.
  • Creamy cheese sauce


    Keep a plastic sheet on top of the burger . Slightly warm the creamy cheese sauce and pour over the cake inside the sheet. Do it slowly and gradually.Garnish the sauce with chilly flakes and oregano.Pull the sheet up and tada-tada!!! Your easy and yummy pull me up burger fantasy sweetly comes true!!
