For the Big Mac® sauce:

- Prepare the sauce by mixing all the ingredients. Refrigerate.
- Chop the onion and sauté it in olive oil for a few minutes. Cook your beef patties.
- While your patties are cooking, slice the lettuce and pickles. Prepare your burger buns: use one whole bun (bottom + top) and another half for the middle bun (bottom only) for each burger.
- Now for the assembly:
* Bottom bun
* 2 tablespoons of Big Mac® sauce
* Some onion slices
* Some lettuce strips
* 1 slice of cheddar cheese
* 1 beef patty
* Bottom bun
* 2 tablespoons of Big Mac® sauce
* Some onion slices

* Some pickle slices
* 1 beef patty
* Top bun
Repeat for the second burger and there you have it!
