Homemade muesli granola
To start the day with a lot of energy, enjoy this easy homemade muesli for breakfast. It's also perfect for a snack break, helping you recharge before a workout! - bowl, baking tray, parchment paper, oven
Preparation
In a bowl, combine the rolled oats, almonds, and sesame seeds.
Add the oil and honey, and mix well.
Spread it all on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Make a layer no more than 1 cm high.
Bake for 12 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
Once the mixture has cooled, add the raisins and mix well.
There you have it, your homemade muesli is ready! Store it in an airtight container for several weeks.
Observations
Rolled oats: You can replace them with flakes from other cereals or a mix.
Almonds: You can substitute with nuts, hazelnuts, pecans, peanuts, etc...
Sesame seeds: You can replace them with sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, etc...
Vegetable oil: You can use sunflower oil, canola oil, sesame oil, olive oil, coconut oil, etc...
Honey: You can substitute with agave syrup or maple syrup.
Raisins: You can replace them with other dried fruits.
