How can i make eggless buttercream icing which has no grainy taxture?
KI want to know which way i can make it smooth

Just use butter, shortening and icing sugar to a strong tooth paste like texture

buttercream..........the best way to
make non granny buttercream SWIFT
ICING SUGAR FOR ATLEAST 3TO 4 TIMES.
this will make you 21/2 cup of
buttercream
ingredient
41/2 CUPS OF ICING SUGAR
,I/2 CUP BUTTER
,1/2 CUP HIGH RATIO SHORTENING
,3-4 tsp water
,1tsp lemon juice opotional,
1tsp vanila extract.
.1)......swift your icing sugar
atleast four times,
2) beat butter and shortening till
fluffy
3)add swifted icing sugar to the
mixer of butter and shortening half
a cup at a time and beat well
4)repeat the process till all the
sugar is addae to the mixture
5)add vanila extract and lemon
juice,and water and mix
well............
YOUR BUTTER CREAM IS READY
now see if you need more runny
buttercream add some more water its
all up to you ...
