Buy spices from Indian store :) The brand 'Shaan ' is awesome. We use chicken tikka spice for veggies and it tastes awesome - don't worry , there are no non-veg ingredients in the spice mix. We coat the paneer cubes with ginger, garlic, yogurt and oil and they turn out great - Our vegetarian friends love it.
