It is not soft n juicy as we eat in restaurants.

Because u may be using a aged chicken (over grown one)but not a young one

To have soft chicken boneless add curd or beaten egg while marinating them.Dont overcook the chicken.leave marinated chicken for atleast 2 hrs.
