These moist and crunchy muffins are the best for an afternoon snack or a successful breakfast. Easy to bake, they'll make you travel all the way to Spain!

Ingredients

- 2 cups flour

- 1 cup sugar

- 1 cup oil

- 1/3 cup cream

- 2 tsp baking powder

- 1 pinch of salt

- 4 eggs

- lemon extract (or peel)

Put the flour, the sugar, the salt and the baking powder in a bowl. Add the eggs and mix well.

Then add the oil and mix. Finally, add the cream and the lemon extract. Mix until your batter is smooth.

Put your batter into a muffin mould. Sprinkle each muffin with white sugar.
