These moist and crunchy muffins are the best for an afternoon snack or a successful breakfast. Easy to bake, they'll make you travel all the way to Spain!

- Put the flour, the sugar, the salt and the baking powder in a bowl. Add the eggs and mix well.
- Then add the oil and mix. Finally, add the cream and the lemon extract. Mix until your batter is smooth.
- Put your batter into a muffin mould. Sprinkle each muffin with white sugar.
- Bake 20 minutes at 375°F (190°C).
- There you are, your magdalenas are ready!
