Ingredients

- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 1/3 cup cream
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 4 eggs
- lemon extract (or peel)

Put the flour, the sugar, the salt and the baking powder in a bowl. Add the eggs and mix well.
