Put the flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder in a bowl. Add the eggs and mix well.
Then add the oil and mix. Finally, add the cream and lemon extract. Mix until you have a smooth batter.
Pour the batter into muffin molds lined with paper liners (or greased). Sprinkle each muffin with powdered sugar.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 20 minutes.
